Hi! I'm Karen. Right now, I'm watching my whole family water the lawn, and each other, while I get this thing set up. (I guess watering a lawn is something you do when you don't live in California!) Life is good.

So why am I here?

I work toward a happier, healthier world. That starts with me. But I'd love to support you on your journey as well.

My experience with Neuroscience, Chinese Medicine, Taoism, Shamanism, Christianity, Motherhood, Loss, and playing with the Energy of the Universe all help me do what I do. 

With a move across a good portion of the country, my family and I are starting over and trying new things. This is one of them. My hope is that all my experience can translate into something that continues to help others live happier, healthier lives that impact Earth in a positive way.
