How to Use:

​As A Spray
  1. Put a spray bottle top on your elixir bottle.
  2. Spray on your neck and chest (or over your head and let it fall on you). 
  3. As you feel the droplets, do your visualization and say your mantra.
In The Bath
  1. Fill the bathtub with comfortable water.
  2. Add 1-2 cups of epsom salts to the bath. (Optional)
  3. Add 30-60 drops of elixir into the bath.
  4. Soak for 15-20 minutes.
  5. As you soak, do your visualization and say your mantra.
On A Washcloth
  1. Mix a small amount of the elixir with some water.
  2. Dampen a washcloth with the water.
  3. Place on your forehead while you rest.
  4. As you rest, do your visualization.
  5. Say your mantra until your mind is clear and you can sleep.
In Your Cleaner
  1. Add a few drops to homemade non-toxic cleaner.
  2.  Be conscious of the beautiful energies that are being infused into your home by the stone elixir as you spray the cleaner. 
The Easiest Way
  1. Put a drop on your wrist and rub wrists together any time you think of it. ​

Suggestions:
