How to Use:
As A Spray
Suggestions:
- Put a spray bottle top on your elixir bottle.
- Spray on your neck and chest (or over your head and let it fall on you).
- As you feel the droplets, do your visualization and say your mantra.
- Fill the bathtub with comfortable water.
- Add 1-2 cups of epsom salts to the bath. (Optional)
- Add 30-60 drops of elixir into the bath.
- Soak for 15-20 minutes.
- As you soak, do your visualization and say your mantra.
- Mix a small amount of the elixir with some water.
- Dampen a washcloth with the water.
- Place on your forehead while you rest.
- As you rest, do your visualization.
- Say your mantra until your mind is clear and you can sleep.
- Add a few drops to homemade non-toxic cleaner.
- Be conscious of the beautiful energies that are being infused into your home by the stone elixir as you spray the cleaner.
- Put a drop on your wrist and rub wrists together any time you think of it.
